A 2 hour antenatal (‘Breastfeeding or New Parenting’) session. These sessions are designed to relax and prepare you for the arrival of your new baby.

Three home visits within the first 6 weeks home and up to 3 follow up phone calls.

Baby Massage course. One to one sessions for you and your baby to learn the art of nurturing touch. Baby massage has been shown to help mother – baby bonding and communication, assist with better sleep and settling, have positive effects for mothers and fathers suffering with postnatal depression and reducing stress as well as many other health benefits.

Four home visits within the first 6 weeks home and up to 4 follow up phone calls

A 2 hour antenatal parenting home session to help prepare you for the arrival of your new baby and answer many of you questions.

5 postnatal home visits with in the first 6 weeks and up to 4 follow up phone calls. Ideally 2-3 home visits in the first week and one per week thereafter, to provide assistance and guidance.
