Katie James, your recommended midwife on the Sunshine Coast

Katie was my lifesaver, I don’t know what I would have done in the first few weeks of motherhood without her. Unfortunately, I suffered with engorgement, mastitis and an abscess all of which Katie diagnosed rather than the hospital staff. Katie took the time to listen to my symptoms, have a look at the problems themselves and make a correct diagnosis. With Katie’s help and guidance I was able to commence immediate treatment and start enjoying motherhood again.

Katie is a very compassionate person and was an amazing pillar of help and support throughout what was a difficult time. She always put mine and our baby’s safety and well-being first. We really can't thank Katie enough and she will always be so much more than a midwife/lactation consultant to us.

Katie is an amazing woman with the biggest heart. She has a wealth of knowledge, is extremely passionate about her work and helping new mums. She is very professional and certainly one step ahead from the health professionals I had to deal with. I recommend Katie to everyone I know.
